Anoush Abrar (Tehran, 1976) arrived in Switzerland at the age of 5. Currently residing in London, he teaches at the Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne and pursues his own photographic work, driven by an appetite for constant renewal and exploration.

Anoush and Aimée, started working together as a team in 2004 after having finished art school. Their work has been exposed in several museums and galleries, including: “Musée de l’Elysée”, Switzerland, “Harold’s Gallery”, Los Angeles and “Maison européenne de la photographie”, Paris. They have also been presented in several photographic competitions such as: “Festival des art de la mode in Hyères”, 2003, selected at the “Art + Commerce 2004 Festival of Emerging Photographers” and “ReGeneration, 50 Photographers of Tomorrow, 2005-2025”. Their photographs have been featured in W magazine, French and Japanese Vogue, Vogue Hommes International, L’Officiel, Slash Magazine, New York Magazine, Tokion Magazine, Colors, Libération, Frame Magazine, Die Weltwoche, Das Magazin, Frog, and Bolero.
